Omlog is part of SO Group, founded in Italy more than 40 years ago and now a global reference in fashion logistics. Growth has been driven by entrepreneurial vision and steady investment in innovation, including one of the industry’s most advanced proprietary WMS platforms. The Group integrates specialized companies under a unified structure to deliver fully coordinated solutions.
SO Group has expanded its footprint with hubs in China, Hong Kong, the US and the UK, creating a network that guarantees consistent quality worldwide. Its omnichannel logistics is supported by digitalized processes and state-of-the-art automation, including RFID, Autostore and automated sorters. Roots
Our History
Founded in Italy, Omlog has grown with the evolution of global fashion. Expansion into Europe, Asia and the US has built a logistics network that serves leading brands with scale and consistency. Together with Snatt, we continue to invest in people, technology and services that strengthen our role as a trusted logistics partner worldwide.
1984
Company founded.
1993
Expansion begins with a focus on high-value markets and strong expertise in software. A branch is opened in Hong Kong, later rebranded as Omlog.
2003-2004
Technology becomes central to growth. The first automatic sorting system is installed. The Group acquires WMS, previously an external partner, and integrates it to develop its proprietary platform.
2007-2009
The Group establishes a direct presence in the US and China to support global growth in fashion and luxury. A US subsidiary opens in 2007, now operating distribution centers in New Jersey and an office in New York. In 2009, a joint venture in China strengthens the Asian network with warehouses in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
2014
Full ownership of the Chinese joint venture is acquired, consolidating control of operations in the region.
2015
Shareholding structure reorganized. The founders of Omlog acquire their partner’s stake, consolidating ownership.
2021-2024
Realignment of assets between Snatt and Omlog. In 2024 the Group completes a sale & leaseback of properties, focusing resources on core logistics.
2024
The Group expands with a new branch in the UK. International growth continues, with the US West Coast identified as the next strategic step to meet evolving client needs.
