(VAS)

Value-added services are where products gain precision and identity. Omlog offers a complete portfolio that includes quality control, inventory checks, labelling, repairs, customisation, packaging and archive management. Each service is fully integrated into logistics flows and tracked through the WMS.

Quality control

We carry out detailed inspections based on material, fit and compliance. Dedicated processes exist for hanging, flat, footwear and accessories, with every result tracked in real time.

Inventory management

Cycle counts are scheduled or targeted to align physical and system data. Reports highlight discrepancies, optimise stock levels and support better planning.

Labelling and ticketing

Labels are produced internally, from hangtags to care labels and polybags, in every format and language. Integration with the WMS ensures scalability, accuracy and full traceability.

Reverse logistics

Returns are managed through dedicated systems and, when required, supported by RFID. Each return is inspected and processed according to brand standards, protecting value and ensuring visibility.

Repairs and reconditioning

Technical and aesthetic repairs are carried out in our in-house labs or by brand-approved artisans. Items are tracked through the WMS and reallocated to stores or secondary channels.

Product customisation

We offer embroidery, heat-transfer printing and other personalisation services. Integrated quality checks ensure reliability, whether for small batches or large-scale runs.

Specialised packaging

Packaging solutions are developed around brand identity. Items are prepared with precision, whether standard, VIP or gift packaging, with traceability ensured throughout.

Samples and archives

Collections are catalogued and stored with archival care. Each piece is digitised and accessible via WMS with photos, virtual showroom options and optimised storage solutions.
